The Obergs

Orville Oberg, Broker/Owner of American Homes Realty Inc. in Columbus, Nebraska was the first Generation in our family of Real Estate Professionals. Orville was a well-known and respected member of the community of Columbus, and it was believed that there was never a man, woman or child he didn't meet, that he didn't like. Orville treated all of his customers like family and passed that tradition onto his eldest son, Rod.

Rod and Nikki Oberg have been Real Estate Professionals for over twenty-six years with each year being more successful than the last. Rod and Nikki moved from Columbus Nebraska to Omaha in the 1970's and began their Real Estate venture; where in a short time, they became one of their affiliated broker's top agents. In the late 1980's, Rod and Nikki moved from Omaha to the Atlanta Georgia North Metro Area and quickly rose to Cobb County's most productive sales team. Rod and Nikki remain today as one of North Georgia's most productive sales team, and are consistently ranked in the top 1% in the nation.

Mark Oberg joined the family venture in 2001 after a fifteen-year career in the Hospitality Industry and is the next Generation of Obergs to carry on the proud family tradition of creating clients for life.
